Tomas was born in the city of Buenos Aires in the late 70’s and has over 25 years of culinary experience in kitchens in Israel, Argentina and sailing around the world as a corporate chef for cruise companies.

In addition to this, Tomas is recognized for his cooking programs on the El Gourmet channel, broadcast throughout the Latin American continent.

For Tomás, one of the most important ingredients is the emotional memory of each recipe, bringing to the present those flavors that nestle in the memory of each of the diners who visit him daily in his restaurants.
In 2019, our Chef and Co-Founder, Tomás Kalika, was distinguished as “Chef of the Year” in Latin America, with the Chef’s Choice Award, an award granted by The World’s 50best Restaurants after an arduous selection made by the best chefs of the continent.
